Caseload

A group of individuals assigned to a probation officer for whom the probation officer is responsible. Caseload responsibilities vary depending on the assignment of the probation officer; however, most commonly, the probation officer is responsible for providing supervision and rehabilitative services to the individuals on their caseload.
