Revoked

When an individual violates the terms and conditions of their community supervision, the probation officer may file a violation of probation with the court. The court may revoke their probation meaning they may impose any penalty that could have been imposed for the individual for the commission of the original crime. This includes responses like placing the individual back on probation with additional terms all or can also include incarceration.
